Guitar Alchemist, as the name suggests, is a versatile chord dictionary available around. Easy to use and with capabilities to select chords to play over a given scale. You can visualize the scale patterns on both the fingerboards as well as the staff.
The Guitar Alchemist lets you do a host of things. You can look at the scales, their modes, and choose which chords you can play over. You have the feature to filter the chords from major, minor, dominant, special, b5, #5, b9, #9, #11 and b13. You can also choose the scales you want to play over. You get to show the scale patterns directly on the fingerboard and also on the staff at the same time in this program. You can find chord harmonization and choose the chord voice difficulty level that you need. Get the sound that you wanted and then filter it using inversion, high note, or sort them by using inversion, fret, open or muted strings etc. Guitar Alchemist offers you the facility to customize the fingerboard and the theme.
